We provide you with a platform for outdoor equipment, camping accessories, and expedition planning. The offered products come from certified manufacturers. Tours and courses are led by certified guides. All services are clearly described – deviations are only possible by written agreement.
You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in outdoor activities. You inform us in advance about any health restrictions. The equipment must be handled with care. In case of loss or damage, you are liable up to the replacement value.
We are only liable for damages caused by our gross negligence or intent. We assume no liability for typical outdoor risks (weather, terrain, animal encounters). Use of our content and products is at your own risk. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
You can delete your account at any time without giving a reason. We reserve the right to immediately block access in case of violations of these terms (e.g., false information, misuse of discounts, endangering others). Paid services will not be refunded in such cases.
We may change these terms at any time with a notice period of four weeks. The new version will be shown to you via email or on the website. If you do not agree, you can terminate within the notice period. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
